Last updated: 2026-04-21

By using Monkeybase, you agree to use the site in a lawful, respectful, and reasonable way. The site provides practical tools, experiments, and educational content.

No professional advice

Content on Monkeybase is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.

Use of tools

Tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use the tools for illegal activity, abuse, spam, or processing information you do not have permission to use.

Developer and technical tools

Tools such as Regex Playground, JSON Format Studio, Encoder / Decoder, Diff Viewer, and Markdown Preview process input locally in your browser and produce outputs for inspection and reference. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in production code, data pipelines, or security-sensitive contexts. Monkeybase accepts no liability for errors, data loss, or security issues arising from reliance on tool outputs without independent verification.

Markdown Preview renders HTML locally using a sanitizer designed to remove common attack vectors. It is not a security guarantee for arbitrary untrusted input. Do not rely on it as a substitute for server-side sanitization in production applications.

Availability and changes

Monkeybase may change, remove, or update tools, experiments, notes, and policies at any time. We try to keep the site useful and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

External services

The site may use analytics, advertising, hosting, and other third-party services. External links and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
